Your health is the most important thing you can ever invest in. Whether you’re wanting to get fit for the practicality of it, training for the arts, or just wanting to get ready for swim season our fitness class can help! Our class runs 3 times a week, and each day focuses on a different section of the body; separated in to legs, core, and upper body/arms. We aim to keep our classes light hearted and fun, while still pushing you to reach new limits and past them. Our classes run in a sheltered area outdoors, which encourages breathing while increasing the workout and results gained. The weather can sometimes be a deterrent, but don’t let it beat you and you’ll see real results!

These classes are available through drop in, and can also be signed up for as a monthly membership! Classes are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Don’t hesitate, and sign up today!
