Spin Class

We at the Proving Grounds tend to do things a little different than normal. We thought about it and asked “why ride a bike when I could be spinning a staff” and so the first cardio staff spinning class came to be! This class features rhythmic staff spinning geared towards increasing cardio and muscle toning, all while having a blast in the process!

Our class is broken in to 3 parts:

  1. Warm up and loosen up – where we get the blood moving and get our bodies ready for the coming session
  2. Spin time – where we run through a guided session geared towards a good sweat, some sore muscles, and a lot of fun
  3. Cool down and stretching – where we wrap things up by relaxing the body with traditional stretches, as well as some staff exclusive ones

As with all of our classes, we fully welcome any and all to come try it out completely free! Classes are Monday, and Wednesday from 7:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Classes are 1 credit per month for Founders or otherwise are $10 per class!
